High School Programs

 Tumi also initiated schools programs to support schools in the delivery of quality educational experiences and encourage a culture of reading amongst other things. The program provides a platform for principals, teachers, student bodies and parents to interact with one another, explore possible solutions for the current challenges faced by schools in the townships; promote better work habits for both learners and educators.

The goal of this program is:

  • To provide quality professional development workshops to principals and their teachers.
  • Assist the above schools improve their overall student performance and results from grade 10 -12, by the end of 2010. 
  • Motivate and inspire both teachers and students to be accountable and committed in achieving best results.
  • Address other challenges that impede the delivery of quality education, such as teen pregnancies, HIV/AIDS and Child headed families.



Tumi conducts Keynote addresses to motivate & inspire students to be the best they can be. Topics range from: Knowing Self, Developing healthy Self Concept, Career Management to making better decisions.

University Programs
Tumi works with under graduates to Masters students. Tumi speaks on Work and Life Habits, Work readiness, Setting goals, discipline, commitment, accountability as well as the ability to translate learnt theory into practice in the work place.

Principals Programs
Tumi offers professional support and coaching programs to School principals in the townships.

Women Development Programs
To highlight continuation of women empowerment, gender equality, including concerns, challenges and commitments surrounding women, as well as to celebrate women’s achievement. Tumi works with various women groups, from women in business, women in leadership and churches.
